Monty's features an American-International menu with exciting interpretations of delicious classics as well as various dishes from around the world. Each of our chefs impart an expertise and influence on their dishes.
Executive Chef Martin Nargi – Chef Marty's more than 25 years as a chef, his last 10 years at Monty's River Grille, speaks to the consistency and quality of his cuisine. Chef Marty lends a flair of creativity by layering flavors – making a "standard" your new favorite dish. Chef's favorites include his Pan Seared Duck Breast and Sea Scallops Provencal on the dinner menu.
Specialty Chef Jane Chanmisri – Originally from Thailand, Jane's talent marries the delicate flavors of Asian cuisine with the wonderful spices of traditional Thai food. Jane is known for creating visually beautiful plates at Monty's.
